Working with Dianne Hardman has been great fun! 

 

I started out with a mission to try and lose weight and at the same time get my fitness level up.  I was not the fittest person, however, she encourages me to give all that I have.  In a short space of time, I have found that my weight has reduced and my fitness level has improved.  

 

Using Kettle bells, step boxes, weights etc, equipment not in my possession, it has enabled me to perform exercises I could not do alone.  Having a personal trainer takes “the boredom” out of exercise and the encouragement to go on.   Dianne is full of encouragement she believes that “you can do it” and encourages you without any humiliation or shouting at you like a soldier, just pure encouragement.  You always feel so good at the end of her session. 

 

At my first visit Dianne took the time to discuss with me what “I” want from the training and also took into account that I have a problem with my knee and therefore adjusted any activity accordingly.  She has an excellent knowledge that she is willing to share by explaining each exercise and what I can achieve from doing it.   Dianne is energetic and makes the training fun! I know that whatever your goals maybe she will listen and identify how you can reach them.   I would highly recommend Dianne Hardman to anyone and look forward to my next session!!

I have been training with Dianne for a year now and I can honestly say that I still look forward to my weekly PT session. Dianne keeps each weekly session interesting/entertaining by incorporating kettle bells, pad work, high intensity training and many more activities. Although my main goal wasn't weight loss, I actually did lose some weight and have maintained this over the year. My fitness levels have really improved and more importantly for me I have found these sessions have really helped with my mental well being too. I not only think of Dianne as my Personal Trainer but I think of her as a friend now to.
