Yes. I am a REPS level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 2 Gym Instructor. I am also a City and Guilds qualified Nutrition Adviser, specialising in Nutrition for Weight Management and Nutrition for Sport. Specialising in Pre and Post natal exercise in January 2015, I am qualified to give safe and effective exercise prescription to new mums and mums-to-be. As a member of the Exercise Professionals (REPS) i also keep upto date with my CPD points. CPD is a way for exercise professionals to demonstrate that they continue to learn and develop throughout their careers, to keep their skills and knowledge up to date and are able to work safely, legally and effectively. I also hold full comprehensive insurance for your peace of mind.
Of course you can train alone. But I believe that my main purpose is to motivate you and develop a customised training programme with you that corresponds to your requirements and goals. I will be your advisor, there to push and encourage you and support you every step. Not only do you have your hourly PT sessions, but I am there for any questions, additional support or on those days that you need that little boost. That is entirely up to you and depends on the amount of time you have and how committed you are. Everybody's needs are different, but I do recommend at least 1-2 sessions a week if you want to see results.
